This is our first vintage of Mourvedre from Luna Matta Vineyard located in the Westside of Paso Robles.

About This Product

This is our first vintage of Mourvedre from Luna Matta Vineyard located in the Westside of Paso Robles. Its soil is predominately limestone, with an abundance of quartz scattered throughout. Harvested from a southwest facing slope and fermented with 80% whole cluster, this wine was aged on it’s lees for 18 months with no sulphur until bottling. I tried to capture some of the garrique of Bandol, while maintaining the minerality of the limestone predominant in the upper Westside of Paso Robles.
