About This Product

Located at the crest of Dry Stack Vineyard, this block of Petite Sirah benefits from a full days sun exposure. Harvested at less than a ton/acre, only small amounts of this wine are produced every year. Aged in 30% new French oak and 70% 3 year-old American oak. A combination of soft-to-moderate tannins, clove spice, and subtle hints of vanilla. It should evolve for 10-15 years, yet is still elegent enough to drink now.
